The Eruditus

Run and governed by the AI, they have devoted their lives to technology. It is never a good sign when groups of them show up around any city, town or village, this usually means that they are on the hunt for fresh subjects. They are more feared than the Brutes considering for almost half a millenia they have been kidnapping people for their own twisted pleasures. In their love for dissection and experimentation, each of them has dissect and experimented on themselves at one time or another, they are locally known as the Patched Umbrans for the stitching that is all over their bodies. The AI was told of Black Krysta being in the heavens and in a few short years the Eruditus managed to find rivers of Black Krysta beneath the surface of not one but all five of Umbra’s Moons.
