The Anglers

The original Umbrans that lived beneath the sea, they have kept to themselves aside from the Eruditus attempting to eradicate them. A few thousand have survived this onslaught. Their city has been forgotten as have they, yet from time to time a supply ship is lost at sea, usually containing Black Krysta and food. Considering that the water on Umbra is made of Blue Krysta oppose to Hydrogen and Oxygen, as it is on Earth, the Anglers each have the ability to control any source of Blue Krysta, even that in the bodies of other Umbrans
